Terms & Conditions — Your Player Agreement with bb45

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "bb45", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bb45 platform, its operators, affiliates, and licensors.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a bb45 account.
• "Platform" refers to the bb45 website at https://bb45.io, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, features, games, and services.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the bb45 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a player's account as part of a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the player using an accepted payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

To open an account with bb45, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on bb45 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately, and balances and winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery process or contact support — do not create a new account.

All activities conducted from your registered account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and bonus claims submitted — are deemed to have been authorised by you. bb45 bears no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

bb45 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point. Standard verification requires a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport. Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested for accounts with high transaction volumes. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Players who are unable to complete KYC verification will have their accounts restricted.

bb45 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All amounts on the platform are denominated in BDT. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. bb45 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which bb45 bears no responsibility.

Deposits are processed in real time or within a short processing window. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes of a completed payment transaction, you must contact support with your transaction reference number. bb45 will not credit a deposit without verifiable transaction evidence.

You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using a payment method registered in another person's name, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the details on your bb45 account.

bb45 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit at its absolute discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours, subject to KYC verification status and security reviews.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC identity and age verification must be complete.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been met in full.
• The account must not be under investigation for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violation.

Players will be notified by email prior to any maintenance charge being applied.

bb45 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are governed by these general terms and by any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or free spins not used before the stated expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, wagering on sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or greater for the wager to contribute to a bonus wagering requirement.
• Specific game exclusions may apply — games with high house edges or low RTP contributions may be restricted or may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements.

Where bonus abuse is identified, bb45 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, without prior notice.

All sports betting markets, casino game outcomes, and live dealer results offered on bb45 are determined either by independently certified random number generators or by live outcomes in verifiable real-world events. bb45 does not influence game or event outcomes.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on bb45:

• All bets are accepted in BDT at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may be subject to change prior to bet confirmation; the odds at the point of confirmed placement apply.
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook help section.
• In-play bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the in-play rules applicable to each market. bb45 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Bets placed in error — for example, on a market that closed prior to acceptance — will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb45 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances at bb45's discretion, and may result in civil or criminal referral:

• Registering more than one account per player or household.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format on the platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the bb45 platform without prior written consent from bb45.

bb45's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

bb45 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the bb45 website and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the bb45 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bb45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where bb45 reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• The player's account activity presents an unacceptable risk or liability to bb45 or other players.
• bb45 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement authority.
• The player's account has remained inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) months.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account balance (net of any amounts subject to investigation or dispute) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, provided that KYC verification is complete and no outstanding investigation is pending. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon account closure resulting from a breach of these terms.

A player may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bb45 support. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bb45's operating jurisdiction. bb45 operates as an internationally oriented online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and other eligible markets.

Players retain the right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
